Semi Permanent Release Agent is designed for rotational injection molding to ensure large multiple releases. It has no transfer quality and efficacy to the molded part. This is widely used on all types of rotational molding of thermoplastics. It is easy-to-use by cleaning the mold thoroughly and applying uniform coating. It allows an interval four minutes for evaporating the solvent. This can be used for 2 to 4 coating for best results. After final coating, dry it for five minutes to the release film. It can be stored in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. The minimum shelf life of this Semi Permanent Release Agent is 12 months from the date of manufacturing.
